Skyrocket lead the development of this .NET / Oracle 9i web application for Pacific Blue Cross, B.C.'s largest medical insurance provider. The site services an active and growing user base of tens of thousands of members.

We designed and implemented the security model and all administration functionality as well as the front end web pages for this site, which requires high levels of security to guard the sensitive and confidential data it provides members.

As of June 2004, skyrocket developed the second phase of enhancements on the CARESnet site, including access to Dental claims and plan information, a role-based, database driven security system and a series of other enhancements.
